If you wish to have NF, Inc. send a card acknowledging your In Memory of or In Honor of donation, please include the notification information. Mail your donation and information to: Neurofibromatosis, Inc. Neurofibromatosis, Inc. is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity. All donations received by NF, Inc. are tax deductible to the extent of the law and are used to support education, research, and support services for those affected by NF and for their families.
